The Activator Soft-Shell Hoodie is made from 63% nylon, 26% polyester and 11% LYCRA spandex, so it has a soft-shell feel with some stretch to it. The fabric has a brushed back that adds a bit of warmth, and it moves with you through four-way stretch. The hood is fully adjustable and has a laminated brim, and a drawcord at the hem lets you tighten the fit and keep out the weather. Partial LYCRA binding at the wrists helps keep the sleeves in place.
