The American Defender Short 3.0 in Crimson Red is made for lifting and grappling sessions. It is cut from a 92% polyester, 8% spandex fabric that is lightweight, quick-dry and moisture-wicking. Added 4-way stretch gives you maximum range of motion, which suits deep squats, floor work and anything else that asks a lot of your hips.

A reinforced, stretch gusset adds ease of movement through the middle of the shorts. Each side also has a 3-inch slit for added mobility. The 8.5-inch inseam sits just above the knee, so you get coverage over the thighs while the slits and stretch fabric keep your legs free to move.
