The American Defender Short 3.0 in Gunmetal is made for lifting and grappling sessions. It is made from 92% polyester and 8% spandex, a lightweight blend with quick-dry, moisture-wicking properties. The added 4-way stretch gives you maximum range of motion, so squats, lunges and mat work can all happen without the fabric pulling against you.
