Bath Mat - Last Call

About this find

The Brooklinen Bath Mat is a flat, rectangular mat with a framed look. An inner rectangular panel is outlined by a recessed, sculpted line, and a wide border band surrounds it on all four sides. That layered shape gives a plain bathroom floor a little more visual structure and a tidy, defined outline.

Two textures set the sections apart. The wide border has a fine horizontal ribbed or lined texture, while the inner panel has a looser, looped pile. Seeing the two finishes side by side gives the mat more depth than a single flat surface, and the contrast is easy to notice up close.

A thin, flat woven edge runs along the perimeter, finishing the mat with a neat outline. Because the border band is wide on every side, the inner panel sits well within its frame. The rectangular shape suits the straight lines found in most bathrooms, from tub fronts to vanity bases.

Set it on the floor just outside the shower or tub, where its rectangular shape follows the tub edge. Line up one long edge with the tub or vanity for a tidy finish. The framed design also suits a spot beside the sink, giving that corner a more finished look.
