Coghlan's Pack Axe

About this find

Ready to split kindling or trim branches at your campsite? The Coghlan's Pack Axe has a forged SK-5 carbon steel head with a satin finish, and its edge is fully hardened to 50-55 HRC. The axe is 10 inches long and weighs 14.5 ounces, so it's easy to carry on a hike and tuck into a pack. Its non-slip rubber grip helps you keep a firm hold while you work.

When you're not using it, slide the axe into the protective black nylon sheath included with it. The sheath covers the blade on your pack or belt, so it stays out of the way until you need it. Coghlan's built this axe with a rugged, functional design that suits a day on the trail or a weekend at camp.

This axe is a practical pick for camping, hiking and hunting trips. Keep it handy in your pack for chopping small wood or clearing a path, and pair it with your usual camp gear for a simple, dependable setup. It's a good tool to have close at hand when you're out in the woods.
