Eagle Claw Aberdeen Hook

About this find

The Eagle Claw Aberdeen Hook is built for crappie fishing in bush water, where you need a hook that can work around brush and cover. Its design is widened between the point and the shank, giving you room to bait with minnows. The light wire helps reduce how much the hook punctures the bait, so a minnow can stay lively and natural-looking on the line.

The tempering process gives the hook extra flexibility, which can be useful when you're fishing close to brush. Its light-wire build suits anglers who want a simple, classic setup for minnow fishing in cover. Tie it on your line and head to the bush water where crappie like to hide.

Try it with a small minnow on a light line and a bobber set to keep your bait just above the brush. Keep a few spare hooks in your tackle box so you can swap them out quickly when the bait needs a refresh.
