The Emma d'Orsay Studded Oxford from Nisolo in British Tan is an updated take on a classic silhouette. It has an oxford-style look but no laces, so it slips on. The d'Orsay construction includes a cut-out open side that exposes the interior at the arch, giving the shoe a lighter, more open feel.

Round, domed metallic studs run in a diagonal row across the vamp, roughly five or six per shoe. They add a modern edge to an otherwise traditional shape. The upper has a pebbled, grained texture, and visible stitching follows the vamp seam and the topline, which adds a bit of tailored detail.

The toe is rounded and slightly almond-shaped. A raised vamp panel with a V-shaped throat opening takes the place of a lace closure.
