Field Day 16 L Pack

About this find

The Field Day 16 L Pack is a frameless hiking backpack that holds 16 liters, or 975 cubic inches. It measures 18.5 x 10.2 x 6.3 inches and weighs 1 lb. 7.5 oz. The shell is 210-denier CORDURA high-tenacity nylon ripstop, and a C0 durable water repellent finish is on the lining and shells. It is made for hiking and is unisex.

Getting to your gear is simple, since the pack opens from the top or through the panel. Outside, a stretch-woven front dump pocket closes with a side-release buckle, and two water bottle pockets sit on the sides. A webbing tool loop and cord tool keeper let you lash on external gear like trekking poles. Pack a light jacket in the front dump pocket so it stays easy to grab on the trail.

Inside the main compartment you get a padded fleece laptop sleeve, a tablet sleeve, a zippered pocket and two elastic dump pockets. A top-access, fleece-lined compartment protects sunglasses and phone screens. The foam back panel and shoulder straps have a mesh overlay for breathability.

The pack fits torso lengths of 16 to 22 inches and waist or hips of 30 to 48 inches, and it includes a hipbelt with pockets. A removable sternum strap has an emergency whistle. There is a hydration reservoir hang loop and hose port, and reflective hits on the bike light clip and shoulder strap. The reservoir and bike light are not included.
