Fitness Gear Leather Jump Rope

About this find

The Fitness Gear Leather Jump Rope is a straightforward way to bring rope work into your training. It has a 9-foot leather rope and contoured wooden handles that give you a secure grip. Precision ball bearings help the rope move with a smooth, fluid motion, so you can focus on finding a steady rhythm as you jump.

Jumping rope works your legs, shoulders and arms while building cardio endurance. You could use it for a warm-up, add a few rounds between strength exercises, or make a short rope session part of your regular workout. The familiar setup is easy to work into a training plan without needing a large piece of exercise equipment.

One jump rope is included. Keep it with the gear you use most, or bring it along when your training takes you from home to the gym. The wooden handles, leather rope and ball-bearing movement give this simple tool clear details to compare when you are choosing a rope for your next session.
