GP5 Colors Ceramic Nonstick 11-Piece Cookware Set with Mirror Handles | Slate

About this find

This 11-piece cookware set from GreenPan comes in Slate with mirror handles. Each piece is built from heavy-gauge aluminum and coated in Infinite8 ceramic nonstick. You get two frypans, a 3-quart saucepan, a 3-quart sauté pan and a 5-quart stockpot, so most everyday stovetop jobs have a pan made for them.

The 9.5-inch frypan suits a couple of eggs or a quick sandwich, while the 11-inch frypan gives you more room for pancakes or a full stir-fry. The saucepan and sauté pan each include a lid, as does the stockpot, which has a roomy 5-quart capacity for soup, pasta or a big batch of chili.

The set also includes three silicone utensils, a slotted spoon, a solid spoon and a spatula, plus three pan protectors in 11, 13 and 15 inches. Silicone tools are best for the coating and will extend its life. Slide a protector between stacked pans in the cabinet so the nonstick surface stays smooth.

The induction-ready design heats quickly and evenly on gas, electric or induction stovetops. These pieces are oven safe up to 600°F, which is handy when a recipe moves from stovetop to oven. Hand washing is recommended, though the set is also dishwasher safe, so you can pick whichever routine suits you.
