The Helia Harness from Edelrid is built for climbing, with a padded waist and padded leg loops that help distribute weight evenly for comfort on longer days at the wall. Five gear loops give you plenty of room for your rack, and a dedicated loop lets you clip on a haul line or chalk bag. The leg loops are adjustable, and the bum straps detach when you don't need them.

The belay loop combines Dyneema and polyamide in a kernmantle construction, delivering strength without bulk. Self-blocking aluminum Slide-Block buckles keep the waist and legs secure, yet they open fully when you need them to. Red wear indicators on the belay loop and tie-in points show when the harness needs inspection or replacement. A small bag attaches to the waistbelt for topos, keys, or energy bars.

Pair it with a fitted tee and climbing pants for a practical setup at the gym or crag.
