Lew's Mr Crappie Thunder Telescopic Rod

About this find

This telescopic rod is built with a premium fiberglass blank, which gives it a solid mix of sensitivity and strength for crappie fishing. It collapses down into a compact length, so it's easy to carry to the dock, the boat, or the bank and pack away when you're done.

When you're putting it away, the line retainer and tether tip-cap help keep things tidy. The retainer holds your line in place, and the tip-cap is attached by a tether, so you're less likely to misplace it while you store the rod. The handle is designed for supreme comfort, which makes it easier to hold for longer stretches of fishing.

A simple setup that works well is a light long-sleeve shirt with a fishing vest, since a vest keeps small items like hooks and bobbers within reach while you fish. Pair the rod with a folding chair and a small tackle box for a comfortable, easy day on the water. This rod is imported, so it's a good pick for anyone who enjoys a relaxed, hands-on day of crappie fishing.
