Malibu Platform Bed Frame

About this find

The Malibu Platform Bed Frame is handcrafted in a Los Angeles woodshop from responsibly harvested maple or walnut. It has a modern, tasteful design and an eco-friendly build. The corners are rounded, which helps protect your shins against collisions in the night, a small detail that matters when you are walking around a dark bedroom.

The frame includes 3.25 inch legs. If you want the platform to sit higher off the floor, optional 6 and 8 inch legs are available, so you can pick the height that suits your room. Raising the platform also changes how the whole bed looks, giving you a simple way to adjust the frame to your space.

To dress the frame up, you can add an optional headboard in 41 or 46 inches tall. The 41-inch headboard is ideal for all Avocado mattresses, while the 46-inch headboard is best for the Luxury Plush Mattress. Measure your bedroom wall before choosing. All Malibu 46-inch headboard bed frames are Final Sale, so choose that height with care.

To complete the set, you can pair the frame with the Malibu Wood Nightstand, which gives you a bedside surface that goes with the frame. Together they make a coordinated bedroom look in wood, built around a modern design with handcrafted details and rounded corners that keep the bed easy to move around.
