Merten & Storck Carbon Steel 8", 10" and 12" Frypan Set

About this find

This three-piece set gives you frypans in 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch sizes, so you can choose the right pan for a single egg or a bigger batch. Each pan is built from carbon steel, and its nonstick patina develops over time. The set is made for everyday cooking and heats quickly and evenly.

Each pan is oven safe, so you can start a dish on the stovetop and finish it in the oven. The pans are also induction compatible, and they're suitable for outdoor cooking, so you can bring them along to a meal by the grill or campfire. Cleanup is easy once the patina has formed.

Try the 8-inch pan for a fried egg, toast or a single pancake, and the 10-inch pan for a weeknight stir fry. The 12-inch pan is a good size for a skillet dinner for two or more. Choose the size that fits what you're cooking today.
