Mistral climbing shoes feature a neutral shape, a slip-lasted build, and a microfiber upper with a strap closure for a secure, adjustable fit. The 4 mm FriXion® ECO outsole is made from 100% recycled rubber scraps from other La Sportiva climbing products, so you get a shoe built with sustainability in mind. The vegan Skinlike™ Microbase insoles use three layers of microfiber and adhesive for a comfortable base.

An integrated rubber toecap runs over the vamp, and extra toe rubber is built into the rands, the edges of the sole. These features boost toe-hook and jamming performance while adding long-term durability. Each pair weighs 13 ounces and has a high volume fit, giving your forefoot room to settle in.

These shoes are made for rock climbing, so they are best saved for the wall or crag. La Sportiva recommends sizing down one to two sizes from your usual street shoe size, so try them on with that in mind. They are constructed without intentionally added PFAS, and they can be resoled to extend their life with a fresh outsole when needed.
