The Phenom Elite Running Tights were created using data from hundreds of runners, which led to new areas of ventilation. Nike also updated the support and breathability. Through the lower leg, the knit fabric is soft and lightweight, so your legs have room to move freely as you run, stride after stride.

The waistband is low-profile and elastic, with a drawcord that lets you customize the fit at your waist. Two drop-in pockets sit at each hip for small items like keys or a gel. At the back, an expandable pocket with a liner helps keep your phone dry on damp days.

The body is made from 75% polyester and 25% spandex, while the panels are made from 83% polyester and 17% spandex. Having two blends means different areas of the tights use slightly different amounts of stretch fiber. Pair them with a lightweight long-sleeve top on cooler mornings for a simple, comfortable running outfit.
