These Nike Swift running pants are mid-rise and use two kinds of fabric. Above the knees, a lightweight, breathable woven fabric gives an easy fit with plenty of give, so your legs can move through a full stride. Below the knees, stretchy knit panels taper to a snug fit at the ankle and dry quickly when a run heats up.

The pants are made from 80% polyester and 20% spandex. Nike Dri-FIT technology moves sweat away from your skin for quicker evaporation, helping you stay dry and comfortable as you run. It is a good match for the breathable woven panels above the knee, since both are built to keep you moving without feeling weighed down.

Storage is well covered. A zippered pocket in the back of the waistband is large enough to hold even larger smart phones, and drop-in side pockets add extra room for small essentials.
