Premiere Ovenware Ceramic Nonstick 2-Piece 13" x 9" Quarter Sheet Pan Set | Gray

About this find

This Premiere set from GreenPan includes two quarter sheet pans, each measuring 13 by 9 inches. Both pans have a ceramic nonstick finish and are crafted from ultra-tough cast aluminum, a pairing that suits roasting vegetables, baking sides, and handling the many smaller jobs that do not need a full-size pan.

The rolled edges make each pan extra sturdy and resistant to warping. That matters because a pan that stays flat helps food cook more evenly, so your roasted carrots, potatoes, or green beans are less likely to brown in one corner and stay pale in another. The gray finish gives the pair a calm, matching look in the kitchen.

Having two pans in the set gives you room to work. You can roast two different vegetables at the same time, or keep one pan for savory dishes and the other for something milder. The 13 by 9 inch size is also a handy fit for smaller portions, since it leaves room to spread food out without covering a huge oven rack.

Spread your vegetables in a single layer so the heat can reach every piece. Check the pans partway through cooking so you can turn or stir the food for even browning. A set like this is a practical pick for anyone who regularly cooks sides or smaller batches.
