The RecTrek Pant from Outdoor Voices is a relaxed fit pull-on pant with a classic, mid-rise tapered shape. A custom-fit drawstring lets you adjust the waist, and zippered pockets give keys or a card a secure spot while you move. It is made for low to medium-sweat recreation, such as hiking, climbing and biking.

The fabric is RecTrek, made from 90% nylon and 10% elastane. It has 4-way stretch, so it bends with you on climbs and steps, and the durable build suits outdoor trails. A PFC-free DWR finish makes it water-repellent, which helps when you meet light drizzle or damp brush along the way.

Sizing runs from XS to XL, with inseams of 28 inches in XS, 28.5 in S, 29 in M, 29.5 in L and 30 in XL. Tamel, who stands 6'3", wears a size small, which gives you a helpful reference point when you pick your size and plan how the length will sit on your shoes.

To keep the pants performing well, machine wash them cold and tumble dry low. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean them. Avoid washing or drying them with Velcro, which can snag the fabric. Wash separately from any hook-and-loop gear so the surface stays smooth trip after trip.
