The Stanley Tucci Ceramic Nonstick 4-Piece Saucepan Set from GreenPan comes in a Carrara White finish and is made in Italy. The four pieces are two saucepans and two matching lids. You get a 2-quart pan and a 4-quart pan, which covers small jobs and bigger batches on the stovetop.

Both pans use GreenPan's Infinite8 ceramic nonstick coating, treated with a plasma laser for nonstick release. The bodies are 5mm professional gauge aluminum, and each vessel, excluding handles, is crafted from at least 70% recycled aluminum. Tight-fitting tempered glass lids have stainless steel rims, so you can see food as it simmers.

The 2-quart pan is 6.5 inches across, 5.5 inches high, and weighs 3 lb, with a 6.5 inch handle. The 4-quart pan is 8.25 inches across, 6.5 inches high, and weighs 4.5 lb, with a 7.95 inch handle. Use the smaller pan for sauces or reheating soup, and the larger one for pasta or grains.

The set works on gas, electric and induction stovetops. It is oven safe up to 600 degrees F, and the lids are safe up to 425 degrees F. Hand washing is recommended. Silicone utensils are best for these pans, and they will extend the life of your coating.
