Made in Italy, the pans are built with professional gauge 5mm aluminum bodies for extra durability, and each vessel, excluding handles, uses at least 70% recycled aluminum.

The 2-quart pan measures 6.5 inches across and 5.5 inches high, with a 6.5 inch handle, and weighs 3 lb. The 4-quart pan is 8.25 inches across and 6.5 inches high, with a 7.95 inch handle, and weighs 4.5 lb. Lid handles measure 2.95 inches and 3.54 inches, so the set offers two clear cooking sizes.

Both pans use the Infinite8 ceramic nonstick coating, treated with a plasma laser for durability and food release. The tight-fitting tempered glass lids have stainless steel rims, so you can watch a simmering sauce without lifting the lid. The set works on gas, electric and induction stovetops, which makes it easy to use in many kitchens.

Both pans are oven safe up to 600˚F, while the lids handle up to 425˚F, so a dish can start on the stove and finish in the oven. Hand washing is recommended.
