The Stratus 5" Compression Lined Short from Mack Weldon is built like an athletic short with a compression liner underneath. You can see the inner black liner extending just below the outer shell hem, which gives the short a two-layer look. It is made for active days, from workouts to errands.

Up top, the short has an elastic waistband with a front drawstring. The drawstring is a rope-style cord with dark, metal-looking tipped ends, so you can adjust the waist to sit just how you like it. Printed text runs along the inside back edge of the waistband lining.

The outer shell has a flat front panel with a stitched fly-style placket below the drawstring. Side seam pockets sit at the hip area, handy for small items. At the outer hem, side vents with a light contrasting accent panel add a little color and movement around each leg opening.
