The Parka from Everlane is a hooded, parka-length jacket for men with a body that falls to mid-thigh. That length gives your hips and upper legs extra coverage over everyday outfits. Raglan-style sleeves run in one line from collar to underarm, which gives the shoulders a smooth, uncluttered look from the front.

The front closes with a full-length zipper that has metal teeth and a large pull, so it is easy to grab with cold hands. A snap-style placket covers the zipper, with several metal snaps running down the front. This gives you a second layer of closure and a neat, buttoned-up line.

Up top, a funnel-style collar fastens with a snap near the neck, and the hood has a drawcord with metal-tipped cord ends. Cinch the hood when you want it to sit closer around your face. Together, the collar and hood give you flexible coverage around the neck and head.

Two flap hip pockets each close with a button, giving you a spot for small things you carry daily. Keep your keys in one pocket and a phone in the other so they stay easy to reach. The metal details on the zipper, snaps and cord ends add a bit of structure to the front.
