The cooking surface is titanium with a pressed pattern, and that pattern helps food release once it has cooked through, so you'll know when it's ready to flip or plate. The stainless steel exterior has an aluminum core for fast, even heat, and the 3mm fully-clad tri-ply build is compatible with all cooktops, including induction.

The duo has two pieces. The smaller pan measures 8.52 inches across and holds about 1.48 quarts, which suits a fried egg, pan-fried potatoes or a small omelette.
