TroKar EWG Worm Fish Hooks

About this find

These TroKar EWG worm fish hooks are made with cold-forged high carbon steel. The point is sharpened for surgical accuracy, and the low profile barb is built for easy penetration and solid holding power. EWG is a hook style anglers commonly choose when rigging soft plastic worms, so this one fits that kind of fishing well.

The eye is a Z-Bend forged ring eye, and it is non-offset. That means the ring is not bent off to one side, so it sits on the same line as the hook. It is a familiar, uncomplicated shape for tying on your line, and the forged construction gives the eye a solid, one-piece build.

A soft plastic worm is the natural partner for this hook. Thread the bait on, then add a slip sinker above it if you want a slow, steady fall through the water. Check your knot before each cast so the line sits snug against the ring.

Between the forged ring eye, the sharpened point, and the low profile barb, each part of the hook has a clear job. These hooks are imported and suit anglers who like to rig their own worms for ponds, lakes, or slow rivers, one hook at a time.
