Tommy John makes these high rise woven sleep pants from modal stretch fabric. Solid colors and prints are made from 90% modal and 10% spandex. The Heather version has a different blend of 47% modal, 43% polyester and 10% spandex, so it helps to check the color before you choose. The fabric is silky soft and naturally breathable.

The straight leg fit runs from hips to ankle, giving the pants a clean, modern line. A stay-put waistband is made not to roll, bunch, pinch or leave marks. There are two side pockets, handy for a phone or a midnight snack. The tagless label means there is no tag inside to bother you.

Length comes in three inseams: short at 29.5 inches, regular at 31.5 inches and long at 33.5 inches. The fabric keeps its shape, so the seat should not stretch out. It is also non-pilling and fade-free, which means the pants are meant to look newer for longer, wash after wash.

These are made for the bedroom, breakfast and time between the sheets, not for the street. Pair them with a soft tee or an old favorite sweatshirt for slow weekend mornings. For care, machine wash cold and tumble dry low.
